When I started my weight loss journey, I had no idea what I was doing. I had no access to healthy food and didn’t even know how to prepare healthy foods. I followed every single diet fad out there; name it, and I promise you I’ve done it. I failed at every single one of them for a number of reasons but mainly I was ill informed, inconsistent and I was not self loving. Over the past few years, I realized that I wanted to be the example I wish I had when I started my transformation journey.
I have chosen to do online coaching because of the impact I get to make in the lives of women all over the world. I know how difficult and lonely this transformational journey can be, especially when you do not have a supportive community in your life, which is why creating one is very important to me. Traditional personal training can feel isolating, often with trainers who have never experienced living in the body that you live in and going to the gym by yourself can be intimidating.
